Yogbirth came to me in the form of a BLESSING!
I had just moved to Dubai from USA and was in my first trimester. Both, my husband and I started working after moving, so we had a lot to adjust in the new environment, new country, new people, and all that in the pregnancy phase.
By family acquaintances, i came across Yogbirth and instantly decided to give it a shot since i needed to find calm in all the chaos.
I felt overwhelmed with all that was going around me, and was in dire need to get focused on myself and the coming baby.

I would like to thank Yogbirth for providing us with a memorable journey during Shreya’s pregnancy.

Shreya, during the end of her 2nd trimester, usually would feel very low on energy & had lots of mood swings, she used to feel demotivated and wouldn’t enjoy her pregnancy.

She really wanted some help, support, information in her pregnancy journey and that’s when we were introduced to Yogbirth by Neena (acquaintance) and from the day we had our trial session with them we knew that this program is a life saver.

As it was Shreya’s first pregnancy we were missing out on many vital information, but Yogbirth had given us a complete picture (stage by stage) what the program would include such as Asanas, Yoga, Breathing technique, Pain management techniques, couple bonding (really good), Exercises and many more. These techniques actually helped us during the labor.

Even now post pregnancy we are finding useful information on how to handle post partum depression, exercises to heal our body & soul & managing hormonal changes.

Yogbirth subscription was gifted to me by my very close friend. I was not aware of what i was getting into and was skeptical in the beginning as i am not a very religious or spiritual person. But as i kept attending the sessions the mantra’s that we kept reciting started helping me relax. The yoga practices like pranayama and asanas started making me feel energetic. Even tho i got pregnant through ivf. They controlled my asanas according to what my doctors had suggested and post 3 months we started full fledged. I have sciatica issues, and i have not had the issue post my 6th month. The asanas really helped me stretch and relax my spine. There was a ayurveda doctor always available on whats app to help me with my morning sickness and other issues. Jessica my yoga teacher always considered my pains and worked around it. I have had so much fun attending her sessions. Look forward to it. I got to attend Zohra and Aman’s sessions too, and they were the most energetic ones. Post my gifted subscriptions i kept renewing the subscription and now have taking postnatal sessions too. Yogbirth has helped me relax. My doubts and questions are immediately answered. I feel like i always have someone to rely on if there is any issue. It was great to interact with other mamas and listen to them and their doubts and be prepared for the same. Prenatal yoga in the first trimester can be a gentle, supportive way to prepare your body and mind for the months ahead. This phase is about building a strong foundation, easing into the practice, and focusing on breathwork, gentle stretching, and light strengthening. Here’s an overview of what to keep in mind for first-trimester prenatal yoga:

  1. ### 1. **Focus on Breathing Techniques**
    - **Deep Belly Breathing:** Calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and enhance oxygen flow to the baby.
    - **Ujjayi Breath:** A gentle, ocean-sounding breath helps reduce anxiety and build focus.
  2. ### 2. **Gentle Warm-Ups**
    - Include **neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, and wrist rotations** to ease tension.
    - **Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)** is great for spinal mobility and gently strengthening your core without putting pressure on your belly.
